About me
Step out on the Way
I come to this work from personal life experience, lifelong learning and intuitive guidance. My first career path started with a degree in Occupational Therapy. I felt called from an early age to be of service to others. I have walked the path of codependency, self protection, addiction, recovery, and a persistent question of "What is my life purpose?"
I have found purpose in the many roles I adopted...that of child, daughter, sister, friend, therapist, wife, mother, and partner. As I travelled through the first five decades of my life, there was a longing for a deeper connection to life and love. This longing pulled me towards a deep dive into the stories of my own life, uncovering traumatic memories that unconsciously set the stage for many of my life's decisions.
My midlife awakening served as the soul doula that ushered in the Re-Membering of my purpose and passions. Over the past six years, my journey of returning home to my true nature has included personal and professional expansion into: psychodrama, Shamanic studies with Marcia Hebrank/Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Holistic Life Coach training with Alan Cohen, Elemental Healing rituals, Reiki energy work, Rites of Passage Vision Quest Guide Training with Kedar Brown, and working with answering the call for the next best action.
I am a work in progress. I offer my best self to walk alongside you as you dare to show up authentically and confidently to claim the life Spirit is offering you with open palms and full heart.

You will learn to drop the stories that you have outgrown and begin writing a new narrative, as your own SuperHero.
